Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! Shipping on all stickers is always free anywhere in the world, no matter how many you buy. However, non-flat items (keychains, pins, etc) are unable to be shipped outside the US at this time due to shipping costs. If you live outside the US and would like to order any of these items, please contact me via email for a shipping quote.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to ongoing delays at the USPS, some orders are taking longer than usual to arrive. You will receive an email when your stickers have shipped, and they should arrive within 4 weeks. Most orders arrive within a week, but if 4 weeks have passed and yours still has not arrived, please reach out!
Can I buy stickers as a gift for a friend?
Yes, if you'd like your stickers to be a gift, you can enter the recipient's address and leave a note for me if you want me to write them a message.
I'm not in the sticker club but I want the next month's sticker, can I buy one individually?
Yes! Any remaining stickers of the month are added to the site for regular purchase a month after they're released (ex: April's sticker will be available in May etc.). However, the quantity is not guaranteed and they will not be restocked after selling out, so your best bet is to sign up for sticker club: you can cancel anytime :)
How can I cancel my Sticker Club Membership?
If you signed up with a PayPal account, you can cancel or pause your subscription from the transaction page in your account history. If you do not have a PayPal account, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and email you used to sign up and I will cancel it for you.
