Shipping: 

Shipping on all stickers is free anywhere in the world regardless of how many you order. Shipping on other items like pins is also free but limited to the US only. If you live outside the US and wish to order something, please contact me via email for a shipping quote. I ship via USPS so please allow up to 4 weeks for arrival due to ongoing COVID-related shipping delays. Preorder items may have a longer lead time. Please order in-stock items separate from preorder items if you do not want your whole order to be subject to the preorder lead time.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

All sales are final. I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges, but please contact me on Instagram at @marshmallowthehoggie or via email at hello@marshmallowthehoggie.com if there is a problem with your order and I'll be happy to help! I am not responsible for lost or damaged items due to postal mishandling; this is rare but in the event it happens you will need to file a claim with the post office. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout.
